Portable Comfort Design
in collaboration with Tubes Radiatori
Understanding how to design “Portable Comfort”: this was the challenge of the one week workshop organised in collaboration with Italian company TUBES Radiatori at Alba University, led by Sara Ferrari.
The company asked to work specifically for their Plug and Play Collection, launched in 2018 during the Salone del Mobile Furniture fair in Milan.
The students worked on the meaning of personal and portable comfort, from different perspective, bringing out innovative ideas spacing from adding extra warmth for items to be positioned on the new heating objects to aromas diffusers or portable stoves with the extra function to charge your mobile-phone, considered as part of our daily personal comfort.
